Shipping Policy

  • All orders are processed within 5-7 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies (Eg: Bluedart, Delhivery, FedEx, DotZot, Ecom Express, Xpressbees etc. updated from time to time)
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 5-7 working days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 7 working days, depending on the pin-code serviceability area and the mode of payment chosen by the customer.
  • Due to the volume of economy deliveries, please allow a full 7 working days before contacting our customer service centre. All delivery times are approximate and can be delayed due to circumstances outside of our control.
  • Orders placed after 4pm, will be processed the following day, adding 1 working day to the delivery service. For orders placed on a non working day (Saturday or Sunday) please add 1 working day to your delivery date.
  • Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
  • While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, item availability and seller shipping policy.
  • Please note all items will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
  • Please note that due to prevailing COVID-19 pandemic conditions deliveries may be delayed /affected/cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances. We look forward to co-operation from our customers to opt for contactless delivery option with pre-payment through payment options displayed on website at the checkout (updated from time to time).

Cancellation policy

  • Customer can cancel items or orders that haven't entered the shipping process by contacting customer support.
  • After submitting the cancellation, we'll send you a confirmation message to the registered e-mail address.
  • Once the order is cancelled we will process the refund to the original payment method used at the time of placing the order.
  • Refund timelines will depend on the payment method used for placing the order.
  • If the order has shipped customer has to follow the return policy.
