All orders are processed within 5-7 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.

Customer can cancel items or orders that haven't entered the shipping process by contacting Sreekart.in customer support.
After submitting the cancellation, we'll send you a confirmation message to the registered e-mail address.
Once the order is cancelled we will process the refund to the original payment method used at the time of placing the order.
